About me

My journey with yoga began in Hertford in the mid-2000s. After reducing my work hours, I decided to follow my heart and train as a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2023.
My own practice has transformed over the years—what started as a purely physical workout evolved into a deeper appreciation for the profound sense of peace and tranquility found in Savasana.
Completing a Yoga Foundation course in 2019 and then my full teacher training a few years later reshaped my understanding of yoga. It has become a holistic practice that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit through breath, movement, and the guiding wisdom that comes from this ancient practice.
Whatever your reason for coming to class—be it for physical health, stress relief, or connection—my aim is to offer a practice that meets you where you are and provides something meaningful for you.
