Yoga Class Themes

I generally have a theme through a number of classes. This allows us to focus on something specific for a few weeks. The theme can be physical, philosophical, about the mind and emotions or anything else I can think of.

Below are some of the themes I have previously used.

Working with the Breath

Using the breath to move into yoga poses and focussing on breathing practices.

Where do we hold our stress ?

Classes focussed on specific areas - shoulders, hips, spine.

Upper body strength

Yoga poses which help with building strength in the arms and upper body.

Balance

​Building on our balance over the next 5 weeks. Focussing, not just on the body, but breath and mind too.
