Yoga Class Themes
I generally have a theme through a number of classes. This allows us to focus on something specific for a few weeks. The theme can be physical, philosophical, about the mind and emotions or anything else I can think of.
Below are some of the themes I have previously used.

Gently flowing with breath
Using the breath in gentle flows to bring the mind, body and breath together.
Recent themes
Hips and Spines
Yoga poses that help bring flexibility to hips and spines, allowing us to let go of tension.
Core Strength
Building Physical and Mental strength. Modifications given, so suitable for all levels.
Balance
Feeling balanced in body, breath, mind and soul
